If I change MEPS and recruiter, will this help me if they submitted documents that really didn’t need to be submitted?

Is I change meps and recruiter will this help me if they submitted documents that really didn’t need to be submitted like a circumcision, I know it doesn’t disqualify me but it has def had me waiting for 1 years for a waiver, but yet again I wouldn’t need one because is not something major. Just want to know if it’s best to go to a new meps, and start the process somewhere else?

Changing MEPS will not help the situation, it will in fact delay it. Besides you are talking about picking up and moving to another whole area just to get into another MEPS zone. In this day and age they intercommunicate so what one MEPS has access to, so do the rest. It's not a recruiter issue or at least should not be. I would perhaps follow up with the station commander to see where things are and maybe a second look see?

No, stay where you are. The paperwork follows you once submitted.
And, not to get personal, but if you are not circumcised they will initially disqualify you. (I had this happen to an applicant but I got his waiver processed). I cant explain why this is a disqualifier, but it is. Bigger question. are you prior service?

Nope once submitted all recruiters and MEPS will see it as it’s in your med jacket

I’ve worked at MEPS, it will delay.
You have to submit a new prescreen with your old one and go through everything again. Also why is your waiver taking that long. Should be a couple weeks for a Med waiver like that. Also understand if you weren’t disqualified for anything then you don’t need a waiver! So obviously you’re dq’d for something.

So I did the prescreen and answer yes for the surgery so I submitted all the document from the surgery. My whole medical record actually. On the medical record there are two pages that talk about hypertension and cardiovascular they are answer no saying I don’t have them, then two pages later it talks about them again same section still and it is unanswered, so even though they already said no they want the other ones answered. I find it unnecessary.SGT(P) (Join to see)

All slots on your prescreen should have been filled out regardless of relevancy. Your recruiter should have never submitted your prescreen unfinished. So technically you’re not dq’d for that it’s actually a deletion and you would have to complete a new updated and signed dates prescreen. So still not sure why you’re waiting for anything. What I’m saying is my prescreen was filled out completely. But they asked for supporting document when they saw I had a surgery done, so we submitted those. Then when they sent it to USAREC they kicked it back because one of the pages on my medical record was unanswered, even though it was answered prior to them getting to that page so even though it says I’m in good health and surgery was a success they want more documents.
