If I do a voluntary separation for employment, do I still get paid by the Army up until my ETS date?

Here is a link to the separations regulation. Also, if your sep packet is approved, you will be paid until your date of discharge.

this link no longer works. Is there another link where I can read about pay until date of discharge even with early separation? Or is this no longer something available?

If your voluntary separation is approved, your ETS will be adjusted accordingly...you won't keep your contracted ETS and draw pay until then.
