If I get approved for a compassionate that isn't beneficial, with included documents, can I actually cancel those orders?

I've been in contact with my branch, I'm trying to see who is my case manager so I can possibly get in touch with them. Thanks for you reply SSG.

Do as much as possible by email, and CC others involved with decisions on the matter. If something is done over the phone follow up with an email summary to them CCing those mentioned above. only use AKO/EEmail and keep the transactions until after you are signed into the new unit (maybe a bit longer).

I'm sorry, but why would you submit for a compassionate if it wasn't at the benefit of you and your family members? I apologize in advance if I missed something....

Yes, I probably should have explained a little more but didn't want to make it drawn out, but basically they want to place me 23 hours away from where my children receive care now, in the chance that they won't get the care they need right away or the same quality of care. I've done my research over the weekend and it seems like everything is up to par from the outside looking in but I was also told it's still somewhat risky and a roll of the dice with how they will respond.

I'm not sure if I'm following you correctly but a compassionate reassignment is submitted by the service member, you, because it will benefit your family as a whole whose on EFMP status.
