If I have an ALC date and enrolled, but didn't get any emails and my S3 is tracking nothing, what should be my next course of action?

My SRB says I'm ALC enrolled for few years now. But I have never received any Emails regarding the school and S3 is not tracking either. My command team was notified somehow that I have an ALC date coming up. My SRB also states that I'm ALC enrolled. But I didn't get any Emails and S3 is tracking nothing. I'm a E-5P with 671 promotion points and 11 and half years in service but still no ALC. I Emailed the schools branch but no reply so far. I called them but apparently they're teleworking at the moment. Can anyone give me a next course of action?

Yes, I checked ATRRS the first thing when this happened years ago. I just patiently waited for my turn because the promotion doesn't come around that often for my MOS. But now that I'm facing RCP and people with less promotion points getting ALC slot, I feel pressure to act more than just knowing I'm actually not enrolled...

SGT (Join to see) you can contact your branch manager/ schools manager about when you can get a slot. My best advice to people facing RCP is to reclass before it's too late. You have a TS and language, switch to an MOS with better promotions, or else become more competitive in your MOS for promotion. If you want to stay in your MOS at your language you need to outperform your (I assume Korean speaking) peers with things like Airborne, SFAB, Ranger, special or broadening assignments.

Yes sergeant. I'm trying what I can. I'm already an airborne and pretty much maxed out what I can do. I couldn't change my MOS because my MOS is understrength at my rank.. it's funny because the SSG rank is so over-strength that I can't get promoted. I contacted the branch manager but she said the branch does not have control over the ALC slot anymore. I tried to contact the school itself but they're on telework at the moment and asking for Email. I Emailed them about a week ago but no response so far. I just have my fingers crossed for the promotion but as you know, without ALC, there is nothing much that can happen.

SGT (Join to see) because you're a language MOS you can also request another control language and go DLI again.

Let me get this right... you said you have know of the school reservation for a few years? And it wasn’t until recently that you decided to give them a call? Emails a good mean of communication but not the only one. Also, what’s your CSM’s involvement in this situation? Some food for thought

Sir, I did try to reach the school back when this first happened as well. Contacted S3 and school and checked the ATTRS myself as well. S3 didn't see anything, I wasn't enrolled in the ATTRS and the schools never answered their phone or Email. So I was just trying to patiently wait for an actual slot, but it's been years and people with lower promotion points getting their ALC slots so I think there must be something wrong and I can't be patient about this no more.
