If POTUS Obama is so respected, beloved by the black community, and "missed" so much, why is he so disrespected within the community?

I have seen this on more than one news feed embedded within social media. Once one has used this language to describe our past president, you diminish the impact of his administration no matter how big or small that impact may have been. As you may have noticed, I scratched out much of it. That is all!
