If Trump gets to be the Republican running for office in 2016....will you vote for him? Will you vote Democrat or not vote at all?

At first I thought the same things, but I decided I would rather vote for Trump than Hilary...and if I and others decide not to vote at all, then Hilary would win for sure...so I feel it's best to vote for Trump and deal with him than deal with Hilary. It stinks...but what if we end up with this decision to make. UGH.

Sgt Kelli Mays, I hear that. Although he has sounded conservative in the past few months, Trump has been a solid Dem supporter until recently - good friends with the Clintons and a donor to their campaigns and their foundation. He has been pro-choice, pro-gun control, and pro-tax-and-spend and has said that he might not support the GOP candidate if it is not him.
In addition he now talks like Obama when he says that he can just change laws by executive fiat. It is not clear to me how I could tell the effective difference in the two.
However, it is still many months before that choice will be made, and no one stays on top indefinitely. His negatives (will never consider voting for him) are double his positives, so there is a ceiling on his support level. He is doing well in a field of 17, but how will he do in a field of two or three when the vote is not so splintered?
And if he doesn't get the nomination and runs as a third Party candidate he will lose but throw the election to the Dems (and I doubt that will be Hillary). This may have been his plan from the start.
The situation will become clearer in the coming months as the candidates winnow themselves out.

Capt Seid Waddell - agreed....it'll be just like when Ross Perot ran....I believe it's the only way the Dems got in office that time.

Sgt Kelli Mays, it may be their best hope this time too. Too bad for the nation if that happens.

I can't imagine the alternative:
* Hillary Clinton, who is under FBI investigation for Benghazi, who put TS classified on her private server, and who continues to lie to investigators, and then lies about lying.
OR
* Bernie Sanders, who is a Socialist. Is Socialism really what America needs? We have a Socialist in Office now and look how that's turning out...

I think he has some things to offer the country . . . if he can keep his mouth under control. That's a big if.
