I'd eliminate stress/panic, boredom/depression & disappointment/failure from my life. Eliminating these "albatrosses" from my life would give me strength to give up crutch I've depended on since mental health professionals began seeing me, 45 yrs ago, as nothing more than a statistic.

I don't do resolutions.
I do my best everyday, if something needs improved in my life, I take care of it right away.
I am never disappointed with not succeeding and feeling like a loser.
Overall, I am pretty happy with the way I am.
Now to fix the rest of the country......

I would be the better person every time. With all the different personalities and anger in the world today it is very hard to do. But we all need to practice more kindness, love, and forgiveness every day.

To loose weight and get into shape. Also to be able to finally stop smoking. I know if I could do greetings and stick with them that it would improve my overall health and energy. It would also allow me to have more to to spend with my lover ones.

I never do a New Year's resolution however this year I swore to get off as much social media as possible - IT'S JUST TOO CORRUPT and people obsessed with it are AIRHEADS! [I will keep only what I need to communicate with and close friends]

I would want to lose 35 pounds, from 217 down to about 185. I'm 83 years old and I'm convinced that when I start walking 3 miles a day and lose weight I will feel better, have more energy, be able to breathe better, and not get out of breath so often. I'll need to continue using knee supports for the mild arthritc knees. I shall begin to exercise again tomorrow!!
