Not at all. Too many NCOs get wrapped around the numbers. Everyone wants to be a 1/1 but a 2/2 is still an acceptable NCOER.

You need to focus more on the bullets instead of the numbers. Having quality bullets that explain your success with numbers is a lot better than the numbers at the bottom. I got a 3/2 NCOER for my very first NCOER and it was like getting punched in the stomach. My rater explained it was my first NCOER and I still had a lot of growing and learning to do. Needless to say I have improved on every NCOER and it shows.

Write down your goals and get after them. I bet there are tons of things that need to be improved in your AO. Get to work on them and make your little piece of the world better. Do that and you will have awesome NCOERs with valid quantifiable bullets to back everything up.

Not at all, as your first SSG NCOER it can truly be hard to score a successful 1/1 or 2/1. Fully capable is saying you are the right fit for the job. This gives you a great building block for future NCOERs, and can really help you grow in the job. It should have came with some advice for where you can grow and apply yourself more.

Absolutly not. That is a good EVAL and it shows that you have room to grow. You will have atleast 3 annuals to improve at least before your first look for E7.
