I found out that VA Disability chart has different pay chart for category of Veteran alone, W/ spouse, W/ children, etc...
If you get medboarded out as a single soldier then later (about a year after) gets married, can you add dependent for higher pay chart from the disability?

What good does this do? It's a pretty simple question and even easier answer. Yes he can ask a VA rep but he's getting out and hasn't even dealt with the VA yet. He asked a question, he didn't ask for a response that doesn't give him an answer. Why be a jerk?

That's a question best asked of a VSO (Veteran's Service Officer). The DAV, American Legion, VFW have VSO's, and many Counties employ Veteran's Representatives who perform as VSO's. At our VA Center, there is actually a VSO there.
All that said, I *THINK* I read somewhere that a spouse only gets benefits after they and the Veteran have been married for some period of time; but like I said, I only THINK I read that. Again, contact a VSO.
