This was an old post here on RallyPoint, but it's still a great question today RP Members. Let's give it another shot for the new Connections out there!

If you were ask this question during an interview what would your answer be?

Let's get some real participation here for those active service members getting ready to transition, so they have this in their tool kit. This is just one of the top interview questions potential Employers could ask you.

Let's see what we can get from all the RallyPoint Membgers on this one!

What is that one key word that will make you stand out above the rest of the competition?

Think about it - this is a big question!

The one I always thought to be interesting. "Describe your opinion of a perfect supervisor."

I think I would understand that comment from a hiring perspective...unless you asked to finish the interview by going to lunch or dinner? Might back fire if you followed that answer up with, "No, I need to eat. You have any crackers, anything?"

SP5 Mark Kuzinski - I have something I would like to get into legislation, something on the brinks of starting, which I'm excited about, yet I have so many things I want to do.

Stephanie Jones -
That is dangerous to admit...normally I hear people saying something to the effect of: "Don't encourage him." In truth, probably couldn't blame them but couldn't help myself if I was ever thinking about not making such comments.
