I am currently speaking with the state RTI to go to a board to be considered for 12B Instructor. I have been been in a full time trainer role before, but it was on the civilian side. I am looking to link up with RTI instructor, past and present, to get their experience on the subject. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I was an instructor at the 6228th USAR school. Was good. Had been a DS before, so nothing really new. As on the civilian side, you need to develop your "own teaching style" while making sure you never leave any of the important parts/steps out. Never being a civilian instructor, I can't compare, but in the long run, not really much different, except you are in the military chain of command, where as a civilian chain of command is some what different.

I love army jobs and I have experience as an RTI instructor. I complete my army training on https://basketballshoesplus.com/adidas-crazy-bounce-basketball-shoes-review/. This is a great platform for good army training.
