Am not advocating a military coup so don't shoot the messenger. That said, our government is clearly not listening to the people that elected it, and we have a Constitutional crisis on our hands. The Federal Gov't is trying to import people it can't screen which puts Americans at risk. The Governors of at least 30 States are rejecting the refugees this Administration is trying to bring in against the popular will of the people. We have seen what is going on in Europe and retired Generals are starting to talk about removing our Commander in Chief. Do you agree with them?
NOTE: This is directed at V, R, and C, and SM are advised to NOT COMMENT on this discussion.

I think I would without a doubt. I feel he has committed treason, but that's just my opinion.

Congress' job through Articles of Impeachment. Anything else would be unlawful.

There is much rhetoric about what the "American people want" but data from the 2012 shows only about 57% of the eligible population voted, nearly 100 million did not cast a vote. I can make statements on my actions but there is no way I can speak for the "people" as too many prove preference to whining over getting off their butts and contributing to the course of this nation. Of course their lack of participation is also contributing to the course.

Capt Jeff S.
85% of Americans were apathetic about the American Revolution and didn't support it. The point not being the Revolution but that you can't always determine what people want just by how many voted. Sometimes people don't vote to send a message that they are thoroughly disgusted with the process and don't feel their votes count anyway. We had a LOT of election fraud go uninvestigated and unprosecuted in the 2008 and 2012 elections, most of it committed by the Democrats who didn't hold people accountable except a couple token offenders, whose jail sentences were reduced.

There are means of removing a sitting President noted in the Constitution. That is the governing law in this instance. If the Congress hasn't acted by now, there is little that can be done in the remaining term except limiting funding for his agenda. Is there anyone naïve enough to think that will happen.

Reminds me of a movie I vaguely remember that was made in the late 80s or 90s about the military removing the POTUS, based on some obscure language purported to be within the Constitution that would allow for such an event under certain conditions. Not that I know that such language in the Constitution actually exists or was just dreamed up by the script writers. Sound familiar to anyone?

When congress impeach him and he actually "VETO" it. lol and then Congress ask us to do it. Then YES.
I really don't see how that can happen. Unless he got some kind of military force to "keep" him in pace.
