If your Pay/Salary was based on education level acquired but job/position was based on military rank, would you still perform 100%?

It's not always about money. I was taught to take pride in anything I do.

Yes, I didn't do it for the money... I give 100% and then some to every task.

That would have been awesome. I would have just been a team leader and got paid for being a Cpt. You bet I would preform at 100% Shit I would have loved to have just been a team leader.
