It seems the longer they are embedded inside the beltway, the more susceptible they are to corruption. I believe we can see eye-to-eye on this issue. Now, can we, the left and right, citizens come together and petition our states for an Article 5 Convention to propose an Amendment to the Constitution for Term Limits? Doing nothing at this point will only give precedent to the very politicians who have forsaken their responsibilities to their constituents.

Good question , very good question. The system your talking about is no more corrupt than the political system in any other Nation. Except that it has now been pointed at 'Society'. Meaning that the system here in America is not simply being used , all 3 Trillion dollars worth of it (Uncle-SAM). Being used by the Establishment to further it's ends and goals against it's competition. But it is being used to squash opposition here. Regular people with an opinion on 911, the budget, WAR, TPP, Civil-Rights & Domestic Espionage and or Banking System. You will find it very hard to break into that local , state or federal elective office game if you say or do anything different than what we see for as long as the eye can go back in time.
