I am looking to go reserve and reclass to a 38b which is civil affairs and the GT requirement is 107 but I have a 104. I already know about the fast class so don't ask me about that. Has anyone ever heard of the GT score being waived or that mos?

Having spent many years in a USAR Civil Affairs Battalion I will tell you there is a GLut these days, they can afford to me choosy and are working on purging some mistakes that were allowed to re-class and ended up wasting a slot. If you want to re-class then as has been said, you need to retake the ASVAB and score higher. You have as much a chance getting a GT waiver as making CSM with 10 years TIS,
