Is it possible to still attend Military Free Fall School with only 4 months post op time from LASIK Eye Surgery?

SWC has a Surgeon that can approve waivers. It’s entirely up to him. Regardless of what the reg says he can waive it if he is willing to assume risk. He will do it, because he understands that going to MFF is not a requirement to go to Group but an incentive for graduating the Q-Course. However, if they don’t go before going to GRP, they will probably never get another chance. on the same note, sometimes they have more students than they have instructors so they are looking to drop opportunist. It could either way. The best thing to do is contact the SWC surgeons office and find out the waiver process and get aggressive with it. Tell him to prove just how bad he was to fly. Best of luck.
