Specifically I’m wondering about the data quality. I.e. 4G Lte, 3G, etc.

My spouse is over there now and we have TMobile. I upped it to the $50/mo unlimited international plan for his line.
Calling is wonky with a 1-2 second delay, but FaceTime and FaceTime audio is excellent, like they are in the next room.
It works better IMO than the wifi they have in their bay.

Thanks for the response. I ended up switching to an Oredoo SIM card and that works pretty well everywhere. Often faster then the WiFi pucks as well.

How much does that run you? I'm grinding down our finances so I may be able to steer us toward that. The T-Mobile is 50/mo but the benefit was obviously knowing it would work immediately. Now that he might extend, a cheaper option may be in the works.

The SIM card is a one time purchase, I think it was over $50. Can’t quite remember. But the monthly is completely up to the user. You can purchase the amount of data you want to use. If you want more, just purchase more through the app. It’s about $40 USD for 80GB of data, which usually gets me through a month just fine.

If T-Mobile International Data Plan doesn't work in Kuwait, then it has a pretty stupid name. Just Sayin'.

I know people who use it in Kuwait. I personally put a local sim card in my phone and use that for Data. I'm told it works well enough to stream video. If you need more detail I can ask.

Thank you Sir. If it works well enough to stream video it should work well for what I’m wanting.
