Below are the links to Army NCO Support. Their website states the government does not sponsor them, their Facebook page states they are a government organization. The site offers writing services if you pay for it. Last month in May, the website stated that if you sign up for their services, you'll receive a go pro. However; every time someone informs those running the Facebook page, their comments get deleted. I myself no longer have the rights to comment and have received zero responses via e-mail. Each time I see someone stating they have not received an item or they have not received their go pro, again, the comments gets deleted. I have contacted NCOA USA and military.com and both have not heard of it. Army and Military times, along with Stars and Stripes also have been contacted but no response yet. Anyone else having issues with this Facebook/website, and do you think they are a scam to our Soldiers?

MSG,
I am sure that there are other Soldiers out there that have been taken advantage of over this deal. I am one of them, I didn't sign up for any of their services though. At the time I got taken advantage of, they were actually selling go pro's for $99.99 (though I thought) I recieved a confirmation email for NCO support back on May 17th for my order, since then I have emailed them 4 times, posted to the FB page (but post kept getting deleted) and I've called the number that was on my credit card statement. I can't contact anyone! And it sucks that this page is pretending to be government affiliated and running a scam. I hate to say this but I was taken in by this deal and had $100 taken from me because of it. I warn anyone who thinks they should trust this page!

SSG Dodson,
Thanks for replying. There is another Soldier who had the same issue, he went through Amazon to receive his refund. He said Amazon tried to contact the vender and received no feedback. After that, Amazon refunded his money. I recommend to contact Amazon, and you can request a refund online. I know the specifics if you need it. Let me know.

MSG,
Thank you for the advise. I ended up just going through my credit card company. I ended up getting my refund and my credit card company is going after the vendor to get their money back that they refunded me.

I was just scammed by Army NCO Support! I ordered the deal of the day. It was an HP lap top. Well it's been 3 desperate months of attempting to reach them with no response, no refund and no lap top. They just recently blocked me from sending them any Facebook messages. I realize that I am just out the money. I am not getting it back. I just hope no other soldiers get ripped off by this widely popular site!

We'll give you a go-pro, all you have to do is sign up...sounds like one of those stories momma used to tell you about, "if it's too good to be true....."

Thanks for sharing the story MSG (Join to see). Sadly enough, I am sure there is a Soldier tied to this organization.
