What is your intent? Go to DCITA.edu. sign up and take their Linux course.
If you decide that Linux/UNIX administrator is a future goal for you, focus on RHCE. Everything else is noise.

Okay, what you're saying rivals what I've been told.
Why do you suggest RHCE over LPIC-1 / Linux + over LFCS ?
My intent is landing a tech job where I can mature into a Linux sysadmin position and maybe later into cybersecurity.
Also, this site requires an active .mil account. Would they take referrals for Veterans ?
I've done training from edX and Cybrary.it.

SGT (Join to see) - I can only give you my experience. Linux+ isn't very valuable. It's a good check on learning, but not going to really help you in looking for employment. A degree, documented work experience, and the ability to market yourself are the most important criteria. RHCE, CCNP, MCSE, CISSP. These are examples of valuable certs that strengthen a resume but they do not change the requirements to have a degree, experience, and marketing savvy.

SFC (Join to see) - I'll have a degree soon. Need relative work experience which is why I'm looking for lower level tech support jobs.
Can you elaborate on marketing savvy? Do you mean resume spazz?
Is RHCSA the A+ of Linux certs?
