Is there a place on RallyPoint where leaders can share info i.e.. eval bullets, counseling?

That is a great idea. We are working on creating a wiki-style section for each topic/group on RallyPoint, which will allow people to add any information they want.
For example, it will allow people to add knowledge about thousands of topics like...

It's a bit out of hands at my point... our fearless engineers are at work. Mike Pape (RP Staff), Andre Behrens, (Join to see) . I hope to have the first version of it within a couple weeks, in addition to many other improvements.
As CW5 (Join to see) wrote, please continue to give us more great ideas. We listen to everything... and we do our best to prioritize for the community.

I don't think there is, MSG (Join to see). We could use this discussion thread to collect those sorts of tips, info, etc. Or, you could suggest to RallyPoint that they add a section for this material. I'm sure the RallyPoint Team will see this post and know it's something that's desired.

Yes, something like that. I like your idea. It would be a great addition to RallyPoint, but they are developing the site at their own pace and with their own ideas. You can suggest your idea - regardless of how many replies you get here.
