Hello,
I am currently in the process of putting my Flight Warrant Officer packet together and I seem to have hit a speedbump. I asked my recruiter about the formatting for the LOR portion of my packet, and he did not know if there was a specific format for the individuals, who are recommending me, should be following. On the WOFT sample packet, on USAREC’s website, there is a LOR, should all of my LOR’s look identical to this, or can I use LOR’s that are more personalized? I attached two photos to show what I mean by personalized LOR, and the sample packet LOR.

I would say use the format on the website, because this is the military format. Your recommendations should be from your command and a warrant officer W3 or higher that already holds the MOS that your applying for. Your Warrant Officer recruiter should be walking you through the process.
