So I got out three months ago after 9 years I plan on going back in but they garnished my tax refund the whole thing. I planed on returning it when my situation got better I told them that I wouldn't be able to drive over an hour away what can I do about this me and my kids really need this money?

I assume you are in the NG, active have t turn in all equipment prior to clearing Post and signing out. I guess you can call your unit supply and see, but don't you think 90 days is a long time for someone waiting to get gear? You do now that if the garnishment didn't cover it all, they will come looking for more!

I've never heard of anyone turning in gear after they got out. Three months is a long time and the military aint just gonna wait on you to give them their gear or their money. Since they took the money Id say the best bet is to either sell the gear for as much as you can or see if they can buy it back from you, but it sounds as if they've written off the gear and are going to have you pay for it.
