How should I start incorporating weights into my workouts?

ISO: Looking to start incorporating weights into my workouts and have no knowledge or experience with lifting. Looking for assistance. I am looking for someone on JBDML/Fort Dix, NJ to train me at the gym.

Have you checked with an on post gym to see if anyone can give you some pointers? A lot of off post gyms have trainers who can steer you in the right direction.
