SGT(P) (Join to see) When you are talking about on "Active Duty" are you talking about active duty orders through the National Guard? Or Regular Active duty , like you went to a Recruiter and then to MEPS?

SGT(P) (Join to see) Do what others have advised. 1. Check Mypay, If there is no LES then talk to your NCOIC about going to Finance ASAP.
1 month for a new Soldier is a long time to go by without pay. If you are in need talk to your NCOIC about the Army Emergency Relief. They can possibly help you out while they are sorting this pay out.

If you have not done so, check your MyPay. If there is not an LES in there since you went on Active Duty, then notify your NCO to put in inquiries.

It usually takes 30 days for an accession (input of SM's pay entitlements) to process. Which is why you receive an 'advance' of $300 on a card when you're in-processed upon initial entry. However, if you are a prior service entry it can take longer. The hold up is usually for Reserve/Guard not submitting their enlistment to AD to their AR/Guard unit so they can be release from that pay system. All pay is 'frozen'/held until you are released from the incorrect system. You will get notices via MyPay as a blank LES with instructions/info at bottom of LES if there are issues.
