Here's another "This day in military history" post, SGT Jim Z.. Both have to do with Vietnam. And that makes me think that I was in high school (reference the other post's year - 1973) when the Vietnam war ended. I entered the Army on active duty right out of high school. I served with a lot of Vietnam vets, especially early on in my career.
