I have always wondered, if I could back in time, would I change anything. While I have made plenty of bad decisions, I am always worried that if I changed one thing, everything from that point on (the change) would be different... So, for me, the answer would be no... I would not change a thing.

Same here, I was gonna join AF Cyber, but I joined the army without even giving the AF a chance.

COL Charles Williams I'm sure that everyone wishes they did this or did that. Bottomline, Charles I loved my career and the choices I made. I wouldn't change anything. It was all a great experience. Sure there were some great days, good days, bad days, and ugly days, but that is part of being an NCO or a Commissioned Officer. I truly loved all my Command time at the Company, Battalion, and Brigade Level the most. You can keep the staff puke time, but it important and I understand the need to be in the weeds throughout your career. It is what it is and it was what it was! No regrets! Great question Charles!

Nope. Any changes to the time continuum would have a ripple effect, and I would not have met my wife of 17 years, not watched my son graduate 8th grade on Monday, or have watched my 9yo daughter in her first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament take on four 11yo boys and end up with 2 silver medals (gi and no-gi).

Things turned out pretty awesome....

All in all this is exactly how I feel, I don't question the decisions of yesterday for the effect they have on tomorrow! For the sake of argument and conversation I put a comment in about a great opportunity I passed on for all the wrong reasons:)
