Take advantage of every opportunity to learn new things. Read every possible thing that I can get my hands on. Work on controlling my temper and learning to say yet sir.

Take the offer of embassy duty in Sweden for 3 more years. I was to full of myself.

- Get as many Salesforce Certs as you can get
- Grow your network and don't be specific to any industry vertical... you never know when you are going find an amazing investment idea in an industry vertical you may have previously looked down on
