Since I am back in 1966, my advice is relatively simple, buy property in Great Lakes and Norfolk as soon as you can. In the meantime, invest in Krugerrands. As soon as you have the money set aside, buy them and put them into a safe deposit box, then forget you have them until the next time you deposit one. Never cash one in because the value will double every few years and no other investment will bring that return. Never buy a new car, always a used car and hold onto it until it falls apart.
