I really miss living in the lake Tahoe area because there were so may places to fish within an hours drive of my home. So many great memories of fishing there with my kids, hubby, mom and step dad. But had to move to the Sacramento area because my ass is too old to deal with the snow anymore. Oh well!

My wife tells me often now that there is life after the Air Force. But after I had to retire from my Civilian Law Enforcement career, I look back on my USAF SP career and long for those days again.

Before I hurt my back, I regularly fished Bass Tournaments at least twice if not 3 times a month. Won quite a bit of $$$ doing this , but it is truly an expensive Hobby to have and I tried as hard as possible to make it to the Pro level. But just couldn't devote enough time to it, raising a family and working full time as well.

I am a very fussy eater and thats why I don't fish.I will not kill anything just for the sport, I have no problem with hunters or fisherman that eat their prey.
