How will enrolling into the MACP, after my spouse already had her orders, impact my ability to follow her?

Wife is on orders to Drill Sergeant School in Feb, then on orders to FT Sill immediately after.. we got married in March of this year, different units, same division! Was wondering if she already got orders, and we didn’t enroll into MACP before she got her orders… will I still be able to placed on orders to follow her? We are of different ranks and different MOS’s, but both of our MOS’s are practically needed at every post.. do I need to call Branch? Are there exceptions? Do we need a waiver? Please help! I do not want this to break our marriage away.. I’m going to talk to retention when I get back. I’m currently at JRTC before the box right now, she’s back in post. Is there any hope? Please guide me through steps, willing to give more info if needed. TIA!!

Orders in hand but no enrollment into MACP? Yea......don't expect to be following her. Even if you call Branch, there is no guarantee. Hell, even if you were in MACP, there is no real guarantee.

You can PCS when you're eligible to go, usually two years on station, you'll probably have to reenlist as part of it. Even if you were enrolled in MACP at the time it wouldn't have stopped her from being levied for DS duty, and it wouldn't have guaranteed you would have followed her either.
Make sure you get enrolled in MACP.
