Army warrant officer 1 military ranks
Army second lieutenant military ranks
I ran across this site a few days ago. It has the most absurd statements I have ever seen relating to rank. Look at how W-1's and 2LT's are made on these attachments! You really have to wonder what the motivation is to run a site that you obviously have no clue as to the contents!!

I remember when I was a CW5 and found out that I was selected for 2LT. It was one of the proudest fictional achievements of my military career.

I did get ti meet the Comman CW5 of the Army Reserve once while in Fayetteville. We were in doors so I didn't get a chance to find out.

You know, completely unrelated, but when I was a smart-mouthed PV2 my barracks room had a blank dry erase board on the door (as did everyone else). I took to drawing a diamond under my mosquito wing, and called myself Private-Major of the Army.

My PSG gave me my first-ever negative counseling for that.

SSG Tim Everett I don't know how he thought that was bad. It was just a drawing. Some are just to touchy.

Wait so our rank system is based off of Call of Duty and Battlefield 4?!?!? That's why I can get promoted.

Now that the secrets have been revealed, I'm off to weld the side of a Bradley for a few hours to make SGT.

Good news, CW5 (Join to see). If you keep your nose clean and do a good job, you might get promoted to 2LT someday.

Apparently, if I show the right attitude and leadership skills, I can be promoted to LTC. That's it fellas! I'm not going to WOCS!

Well, maybe I'll go anyways... just incase this random LTC promotion doesn't pan out.

The fact there is only ONE Sergeant Major of the Army at any one time period kind of shoots holes in that when there are thousands of Warrant Officers. If You want accurate information check the Army Regulations themselves, they are available on line, You can still read them.

"W-1 is promoted from Sergeant Major of the Army"

Congratulations, SMA Chandler, you're being promoted to W-1, and we're going to give you this awesome maintenance section to run. Oh, and sorry about the pay cut.
