She is applying under the direct accessions program and her and her recruiter are having a hard time finding out how they want it formatted or what they are looking for. Any advice would be helpful.

Hi there, the essay should be a part biography and a part reasons for joining CID. We want her to tell us about herself and why she is interested in investigations and CID.
