I will be using whatever system the VA Person on base uses to assist processing my medical claim no earlier then 180 days before retirement and no later then 90 (or in this state's abilities 120 days). SOOON.....VERY VERY SOOON!! ;-)

Nearly so! If I am given all my terminal leave and PTDY, I am at 260 days to "out of uniform". my transition from CAC card to Blue card is 340 days... THINK that I start the VA thing in either June (based on my final out processing date) OR September (based on last day of military duty). I will have to look into that as there is significant difference in start points there!!
