Found this on the "my board file" site today and figured I would share. While this is posted for the upcoming SGM selection board, I feel certain that it will also apply to future SFC/MSG selection boards.
On May 1st, new ERBs will be added to the FY14 AC SGM Selection Board file.
Several items that are now masked from view to the board will be unmasked on the new ERB. The fields that will now be available are:
Section II Security Data - PSI Status, PSI Invest INIT, PSI Invest Compl, Fld Det PS Stat;
Section IV Personal/Family Data - Birthplace, Country of Citizenship, Sex/Race, Height/Weight;
Section VII Civilian Education - Institution, Discipline, YR;
Section IX Assignment Information - Date Last PCS, Date Last NCOER Section X Remarks - RGMT AFL, Date Last Photo

Most of those are descriminators... which should remain xxxxx'd out. Sounds like the beginning of the Good Ole Boy club bout to start back up again full throttle. How about they not xxxx out the PT score and weapons qualification for the board files. That is where the rubber meets the pavement.
