The Providence College Patriot Battalion Army ROTC program has a very active program, many attend the annual Mil Ball. When as many AD 25 alumni were deployed at one time, we sent as many cards and care packages as we could.

The University of North Georgia Has the North Georgia Corps of Cadets Association (NGCCA) for Alumni and Cadets and supports the Cadet programs there/

Yes, my ROTC department maintained an alumni group (although unofficial), but were recently charted by the university with an official alumni group associated with the Prairie View A&M University National Alumni Association. Additionally, there has always been a scholarship fund maintained that alumni give back to that helps support the Cadet Battalion (fundraisers, military ball, etc.).
