Besides the boots, the guy dead center front row has a lighter colored tie than everyone else.......on top of the fact that all the others have their ties tucked in and the front and center dude does not.

Maybe i'm too young to see it. the best i can say would be that it looks like not one of them have pressed or ironed their uniforms and a few of them have their head gear crooked.
