For the OML FY 2024, how long does one need to be in an extracurricular to gain points? What about volunteer hours? How many do you need?

For the OML FY 2024, how long does one need to be in an extracurricular to gain points? Does it have to be at least 1 year? What about volunteer hours, how many do you need to gain points?

Read USACC Reg 601-23-1* which goes over accessions.
Specific to extracurricular activities, it goes over it in Appendix D, section D-2b(2) (bottom of page 40)
