Pentagon reveals that China is building a drone army. Wasn't this inevitable and predictable?

As opposed to our drone Air Force? LOL!

I'm kinda, sorta a wanna-be drone pilot .. ok ... RC Aircraft ... but
99.99% of the hardware comes from China.

This stuff includes
Auto Pilots - GPS - Camera - VHF / UHF uplink / downlink - 6-axis control - Servos
and on, and on, an on

And all dirt cheap!

They are going to build so many drones that as to blanket the skys.

If china can produce a drone for less then the cost of a missle to shoot it down, it's a win/win for china. Economy of scale.

I think they do that for many reason.

1. To help them in War.
2. To show off.
3. Spy

Well, the good thing is we have our priorities straight and realizing that we need more social programs. lol
