SGT Mark Sullivan, I guess that means you were doing it right, lol! I'm always dizzy and nauseated at the end, but I've never dry heaved. Guess I better step up my game.

18+ years ago we had a guy in the unit that missed the run by 10 seconds. He proceeded to puke his guts out just past the finish line. His grader said, "That was worth 10 seconds." and passed him.
