Please remember our female veterans; These ladies are beautiful inside and out! All have earned the right to be recognized. Don't you agree?

Wonderful. Let's not forget that Tammy Duckworth is one of the few vets in Congress, and she's a double leg amputee...
Thanks so much for posting this picture! I am very Thankful and Proud of all my brothers and sisters out there fighting the good fight for OUR COUNTRY! We all need to continue to share and talk about All the sacrafices made, so we can live our lives without fear and be free! It's crazy to think that this is only 1% of the population. I can't imagine my life without serving our country! America Strong!!!

SrA Eddie, Civil Affairs have Women Warriors and they went out on missions all the times. I never worried about them they knew how to take care of themselves,

I'm going to take a stance that may not be popular on this. I applaud them and hold them in the highest regard for overcoming true hardships. Not only overcoming, but owning and kicking it's a$$. That being said, I don't understand the need to recognize or celebrate separate groups. They are all Wonded Warriors. When I think of the wounded, I don't just think of the men. To me, it falls in line with the concept of the "silent professional "; you adapt, you overcome, and you soldier on. The same with any group looking for special recognition.

PO3 David Fries, the need is because we as men refuse to see our Warrior Women, so Man Up and admit it that women Warriors need to be recognized. Otherwise you are like the POs on my last deployment that would not leave out the wire with the excuse of it is not in their duty requirements.

Captain, I respectfully disagree. You say we as men. Do not lump me into that category. I don't see, and I refuse to see Warrior Women. I see Warriors. Period. Amazingly enough, I believe in actual equality. I don't see gender, race, or orientation. I see Warriors. Period. If you swore the Oath, then we are all the same.
Now your last point, you don't know me. How is it in any way logical that because I have a different opinion, that I am somehow weak or afraid? You want to debate opinions, I'll do it all day long. You start slinging mud like that, then we're done conversing.

I believe our female veterans deserve special recognition. I have served with many amazing women over the years who are inspirational and were fantastic members of United States military.
