What is the estimated time frame for a new ETS date to populate on HRC's end before they can give an SM an assignment?

I recently just re-enlisted for an assignment, the new ETS date is showing on both IPPSA and ASK, but apparently has not populated on HRCs end. Please does anyone have an idea? Thanks
