Pointing upward, does the President's hand sign indicate he supports ISIS? I am personally not sure what his intent is. What do you think?

I wonder at times. So is the president sending a mixed message in regards to ISIS? I am personally not sure what to think with all this speculation.
The point of my post was to question an assertion in the article if rather the president using this sign was also somehow also associating himself with ISIS
The source is likely biased but the reactions on the faces of the different African leaders are consistent with their disposition towards Muslim Extremist Supremacy.
If didn't mean to then why is going out of his way to make comments that come across boarder line and gesture? Why not just say I support Muslims but not pro-ISIS and any assertion is ridiculous. He would not be unelected at this point. Or is this a ruse. Or is he that unaware of the signals he has been sending to the rest of the world. I am really not sure. I know the media sources favor one party over another depending on affiliation.
