Can an IMA Reservist go to an active duty post hospital to get a profile? If so, what is the process?

IMA and IRR Soldiers are handled though HRC's Command Surgeon's Office.

It's your responsibility to get the medical documentation from your civilian doc. The Surgeon's office just processes the profile.
Alternatively, if you haven't done your annual PHA, I believe you can have your supporting data completed at that (read the packet .. I'm sure there's information about that).
