RallyPoint needs a serious overhaul- it's a hot mess

I've been participating in forums for years, since dialing into the internet in the mid 90's with a 14.4k modem. RallyPoint has no organization to it at all- no subforums. Please fix this. The concept of a military-only forum is good, but with no organization to it, it's more of a hassle than it's worth.
RallyPoint doesn't need a new app. There are several good forum apps already.

I really like the RallyPoint Discussions (or Answers, what ever you want to call it) feature. However, does anyone else agree that there should be some more organization to it? Currently, you can only browse the popular/recent discussions, and sifting through those can be tiresome. If RallyPoint implemented a forum-like feature, where topics could be separated and easily navigated through, I think discussions would have increased involvement, and people searching for specific topics to discuss would find things a lot easier.

Instead of Subforums, we use the Groups (main bar) and Tags feature. By tagging something, it appears in each of the listed groups. This question for example appears in "RallyPoint" whereas items like "RP Book Club - Book of the Week" appear in Books, and can be seen there. Others will appear in Leadership, USMC, News, etc.
Sub-forums tend to be more linear, as this site is more "relational" like a database. It's not that it isn't organized, it's just organized differently than other forums.

What sort of changes would you want to see MSgt (Join to see)? I've been on RallyPoint since it start and been heavily involved on these forums. We have seen a lot of updates and changes to the forums over the past few years. You can search the forums by subject, groups, trending, and recently added. The forums are broken up into four subcategories; Military Discussion, Post Military Life, Transition/Employment, and General Discussion. If you could lay out the format, how would you do it differently?
Its a growing process. LTC Yinon Weiss, CPT Aaron Kletzing, and the others are trying to make it the best they can. That is why the like the feedback from the community.
