"Once I observed the map depicting ‘hostile,’ ‘permissive,’ and ‘uncertain’ states and locations, I was rather appalled that the hostile areas amazingly have a Republican majority, ‘cling to their guns and religion,’ and believe in the sanctity of the United States Constitution. When the federal government begins, even in practice, games or exercises, to consider any U.S. city or state in ‘hostile’ control and trying to retake it, the message becomes extremely calloused and suspicious."

The government has been doing some strange things in the last decade without any reasonable explanation... Why would non-military government agencies stockpile ammunition?
The paranoia is... well... expected.

US Postal Service Joins in Federal Ammo Purchases
Add the U.S. Postal Service to the list of federal agencies seeking to purchase what some Second Amendment activists say are alarmingly large quantities of ammunition.

SPC Jan Allbright do you have any idea what terrible shots some federal agents are? After over a quater of century as a federal law enforcement I have no doubts about it especially a certain federal law enforcement officer who had an accident discharge that cost him his left testicle!!!! People who have seen my cell phone see his first name with the appelation "ONE NUT" behind it!!!

It's the RIO Grand just outside of Ft Bliss SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S. with all the locals trying to cross over from Juarez! OK I exaggerate, but the RIO Grand was barely a puddle in that area last time I was out there.
