Hey quick sea story Mark... Few (read: many) years ago I was stationed in New Orleans and had to go to NAS Misawa.... long story short... before we left, the Commander I was travelling with and I stopped at Popeye's for some healthy fried chicken.. then flew to SF, on to Anchorage, Yokota AFB, then commercial from Tokyo to Osaka and on to Misawa...arriving at 0 dark thirty.. Checked in to BOQ and asked if there was any place to eat that time of night.. and they said 'Yes.. we have a Popeye's open 24/7!"... Go figure.
