Use issue socks and have a sheet of moleskin in your ruck for hot spots. Keep your socks pulled up.

Nylon socks (ASU socks) under wool socks. Keeps the friction down. You could also use women's nylon stockings. Yea, I know, sounds girly, but beats poppin blisters for the next week.
