So now that we know that Guccifer 2.0 (released stolen DNC emails) is a Russian Intelligence Officer does it change your thoughts that The Russians interfered with the US 2016 General Election?

I don't doubt that there are multiple countries attempting to have affects on the politics of multiple other countries. Is that not the nature of the beast? The question is not whether there was interference but rather the level of the interference. Are we talking propoganda or are we talking tampering with systems and programs (doubtful). I think that this dead horse has been beaten so much that it is a dried up puddle on the ground. It needs to be gotten over.

Not really. We already have more than enough evidence of Russian interference. Unfortunately, Congress, the media, and the anti-Trump folks seem more intent on Trump collusion than actually developing mitigation strategies that could protect us from external foreign powers looking to influence future U.S. elections.

It also doesn't help that the DNC did not turn over their server(s) to the FBI resulting in potential bias regarding any insight into the responsible antagonist(s).

I agree, the DNC is more concerned with protecting the evidence of their collusion with the Clintons and evidence of fixing their nomination process than finding evidence of Russian intelligence interference. The best of two evils for them.

We know the previous administration knew inteference was happening and did zero to stop it. How many times has our country interfered in another country's election? Countless times I'm sure. We should protect our sovereignty and at the same time understand others are returning favors upon us constantly.

Were you this upset about it when President Obama congratulated Putin on his 2012 victory?

If so, then please carry on with your outrage. If not, then your outrage seems hypocritical.

Or did all these people cry collusion and outrage when Obama told Putin that he could help him more after the election? The answer is no because their outrage only happens when the media cues them in like little puppets.

Didn't care much for Obama calling him either....but at least at that time Putin hadn't just killed people in England and hadn't blatantly tried to mess with our election. Those actions dialed up the outrage a notch. Those things don't bother you, Pfc Wheeler?

None of that is really relevant in this situation since the outrage is not directed towards Putin and he had certainly committed similar crimes prior to his 2012 sham victory.

To answer your question though, I am certainly bothered by Putin's actions.

I am not, however, angered by President Trump calling and congratulating him for his "victory" because that is what is expected of him, as evidenced by previous administrations.

The fact is that if you were not outraged by former Pres. Obama's similar congratulatory call (which you apparently were not) then this new outrage has nothing to do with the phone call, and, instead, is only about Trump.
