Seeing that the USAFA beat both Navy and Army who will fill in second place? Why?

I guess whoever wins the Army-Navy game (which will be Army) ;-)

The Commander-in-Chief's Trophy is awarded annually to the academy that beats the other two academies. After that, wins between the other academies just give bragging rights. The USAFA has won the most (20), since its inception in 1972, including this year.
Army and Navy will square off on December 10th. I'm pulling for Army, but with Navy having won the last 14 straight, l think they will prevail.
