Should Donald Trump run for President in 2024?

Should these recent events disqualify him?
1. He took classified documents and stored them in unlocked rooms.
2. He had dinner with two known antisemitic men.
3. He is now talking about suspending the Constitution.
Should he disqualify himself? In 2020 he said Biden was too old to become President. If Trump is reelected in 2024, he will be five months older than the age Biden was in 2020.

Short answer: No
Longer answer: These "events" have been highlighted in a desperate attempt to keep him from running again. Since 2016, there has been a political strategy of hatred against him, and perceived allies of him. "'They're Not Welcome Anymore, Anywhere.' Maxine Waters Tells Supporters to Confront Trump Officials" (Jennifer Calfas, in TIME Magazine, June 25, 2018) This statement, and others, are statements of hatred that should not be tolerated. These "events" are a part of that strategy, and are therefore invalid.

Yeah? What about it? Doesn't he get to have emotional reactions? Does he, or does he not, have the same rights as any other citizen to have a reaction to situations that impede his capacities to advance this country's well-being?
Your argument seems to be suspended on a supposition that his emotional reactions are anything but emotional reactions. That argument has prima-facial no validity. President Trump made promises, then he kept those promises as best he could. We can ask no more from any elected official, emotional reactions aside.
The comment from Maxine Waters might not be indicative if everyone, but she is an elected official, and accordingly a community leader. If your argument against Trump is valid, then the argument against Waters is valid time ten.
Finally, while you claim that each of the "events" actually happened, the following is actually the truth:
1. False. It's been proven by the FBI.
2. So what? He can have dinner with anybody he wants, and so can you or I. His son-in-law is Jewish, and he has been a close ally with Israel; if this matter were that significant, don't you think that his son-in-law and/or Israel would have been concerned? I haven't seen anything.
3. Almost EVERYBODY has talked about suspending the Constitution, at one point or another; this includes Liberal Justices of the Supreme Court. So? What of that? Either condemn all the others, with your criticism of Trump, or you've got nothing.

SFC Kathy Pepper - You obvioulsy missed when 0bama went off on a reporter. Joe Biden went off on someone who asked him about China. You mean to tell me you've never lost your temper, even being an SFC?

SSG Phillip Hoffeld - [snicker] an SFC, who has never lost his temper. I find the concept of an SFC who has Never Lost His (or Her) Temper, to be almost comically unrealistic. I, of course, defer to your good experience, Phillip. No disrespect intended.

He is an embarrassment to all Americans and should be in prison and lose his pension and lose his secret service protection.

President Trump is sharp as a tack, full of energy. Just as important he can clearly see the serious issues with America and wants to prosper our country first before the world. Here’s a good interview (28 min) he had with Tyrus :

I just finished watching this video, and it is quite good. However, as I was listening, I kept asking myself, “Who are these two men?” I’ve seen Tyrus several times on Fox, and he has always been more mean spirited than funny. Lately, I have heard Trump compare the United States to a garbage can, discuss Arnold Palmer’s genitalia, vilify immigrants, and claim that if he loses the election it is the Jew’s fault. He denigrates individuals with the most vile slander, and threatens to call out the military on fellow Americans. In the interview, Tyrus said that Trump would never lie to the people. Apparently, he forgot about Covid-19: more than one million people died, partly because of his lies; life expectancy decreased from 78.8 years in 2019 to 77.6 years in 2020. As Tyrus's grandma would say, “Don't pee on my back and tell me it's raining.”

SFC Kathy Pepper - You, like many others, have twisted or taken Trump’s words/ actions out of context. President Trump was one of the greatest presidents in modern history and did more than right by the American people. He was and is unabashedly America First (while the Dems actually vilify MAGA), and Americans in all walks of life prospered under Trump. He promoted capitalism, security for America and respect and fairness in our dealings with foreign relations. Even America’s enemies respected/ feared Trump. For these and many more reasons are a great number of people in all walks of life jumping on the Trump Train. (The Left has railroaded him, but he’s not been derailed!)
In contrast to Trump and the GOP, Biden/Harris and the Democrats have concentrated on pandering to foreign interests while stripping away American citizens’ freedoms and security. The administration allowed more than 160+ attacks on American military bases in the Middle East before responding (would not have happened under President Trump). They've allowed CCP entities to buy millions of acres of American farmland and some near our sensitive military bases. They’ve also enforced ( enforced!) America’s wide-open borders for the last 4 years and the unhindered entry of tens of millions of unvetted peoples, many who’ve shed their IDs before coming into American soil. (You wouldn’t allow someone to come stay in your home without identification). The Biden-Harris admin have also secretly flown large numbers of noncitizens in by plane and deposited them all over the country, overwhelming many cities and even small communities.
What type of leadership does this to the United States? (AntiAmerican).
Truly I, and many like me, fear much more demolition will occur to our country and Constitutional protections if the Democrats take the leadership of the United States again.
I’ve said my piece, and will not debate or argue this matter with anyone.

In what context is it okay to discuss a man’s genitalia? I have seen many of the speeches where he talks about the points I mentioned. He doesn’t have “context” because of his “weaves,” which are a sorry excuse for not being able to stay on topic. He has bromances going on with Putin and Kim Jong Un; how is that good for America? I agree about the open borders, but Trump squashed a bi-party border bill because he wanted to run on that failure (Kamala was never the Border Czar, no matter how many times Trump says so).
This list came out in 2021, so Biden is not on it. It goes only to 44 because Grover Cleveland had non-consecutive terms (22 & 24). Trump is number 41.

SFC Kathy Pepper -You’ve clearly got a case of despising Trump and want to just nitpick while the much bigger picture and horrifying imminent problem is that the current (Communist) Democrat Party in conjunction with foreign partners, ie China and Iran, are working furiously tirelessly to weaken, cause division and dismantle the United States for their control.

With 25 years in and serving under him as well as 4 other presidents I can unequivocally say he absolutely should run and for the militaries sake, hopefully win.
1 - How ever the media tries to spin it, the security of his Florida place is far superior than the a garage next to a corvette or a hackable server in a basement. If that was to disqualify him then it should have for the other two.
2 - I have had dinner was way more than 2 antisemitic men, while bribing them with tax dollars so they would stop people from planting IEDs on MSRs i frequented very often. To govern effectively you have too interacted with many echelons of different types of people.
3 - As for the suspending the Constitution, I would suggest you are not honestly representing the truth to yourself or others in that unfounded assertion.
As military members/veterans, especially those who fought overseas in the past 2 decades, we above all should understand the danger of the military industrial complex and the back scratching that goes on between them and politicians. I don't stand for that toxic form of capitalism and either does Trump. He absolutely should run, just because so many in the elitist 1% club have tried to ruin/break/kill him. I can't say I particularly like the guy, but he stands for what I stand for and will actually do something about it.

This is a poor combination of lies and agent problem. Meanwhile nobody's talking about president Biden having taken the same types of documents when he was never actually authorized to remove them... Since he was not the president at the time he took them. The idea that we would prevent someone from running because they had talked to someone Anti-Semitic is ridiculous. In what way do we not allow Americans to vote for who they want to just because they spoke to someone? This entire topic is ridiculous. He already is running and has a legal right to run. I understand that democrats don't want him to be allowed to because they don't want me to be allowed to vote for him. The most ironic thing in this question is the pretense that Donald Trump Wilson suspend democracy and suspend the Constitution... While the very thing you are recommending would be Unconstitutional.

1. Biden was investigated about the retained classified documents. A report released on 2/2/24 criticized his actions, but said criminal charges were not warranted. Pence also retained classified documents, but criminal charges will not be brought against him. Personally, I don’t give any of the three a pass for something that would put you or me in prison.
2. When I posted the question, some Republican Congressional Representatives were making comments that he should not run; of course, most of them changed their view shortly afterwards. However, Trump has vilified Jewish Democrats for years and has recently suggested it will be Jewish voters' fault if he is not reelected.
3. I never said he *will* suspend the Constitution; I said he talked about it. Recently, he has been saying that he wants to use the military against Americans who are “the enemy within.” He already called out the military against even peaceful protests that occurred after George Floyd’s death; how far will his apologizers allow him to go?
I’m not certain what thing I am recommending that is unconstitutional. The Constitution does not disqualify a convicted felon from running for, or holding, the Office of President. However, based on current state laws, Trump is not permitted to vote in either Florida or New York.
